How to build and sustain a high-performance business

The expressed role of coaching is to train business owners in matters related to encouragement, accountability, guidance, and support. It is also about guiding you in starting, growing and/or developing a business. The main purpose is to help clarify the company’s objectives and goals, help them develop the necessary skills, and acquire the right resources to run a successful enterprise.

The format for this program is one on one coaching via internet (i.e. Zoom) in live time for a 12-month period.

During the year business owners will gain:

➤ Financial literacy;

➤ Learn to create and read financial reports;

➤ Measure, test and analyse results;

➤ Set goals and related strategies;

➤ Understand the complexities of staff, team members and other relationships;

➤ Establish and follow a business plan;

➤ Research and benchmark industry performance, and

➤ Identify new and emerging opportunities.

Participants will be required to set weekly goals and report their progress and level of motivation weekly to their coach. They will be expected to keep a learning log to record their learnings. They will create 4 x 90 day plans throughout the year and work through them. Recording what they achieved and what still needs to be done.

Business Planning

A two day workshop of coaching, business direction and planning

This interactive two-day workshop (in person or online) will give you the perspective and tools you need to create a business with higher profits, greater cash flow and increased value. You will leave with a powerful business plan, effective and customized strategies for business improvement and an online model of your business. It is a bank ready plan!

The format for this program is two-day face to face workshop with access to your online system for 12 months.

During the year farmers will gain:

➤ Identify the need your business fulfils and define how it fulfils this need;

➤ Recognize your weaknesses;

➤ Name your key stakeholders;

➤ Know the size of your market as well as who makes your target market;

➤ Devise ideal promotional strategies;

➤ Breakdown your revenue streams, and

➤ Budget capital needs and create a plan for breaking even.

The business plan that you end up with is an online model that you can update on a monthly, quarterly half yearly or yearly to reflect what is happening in your business. Participants will require a laptop computer which has Wi-Fi capacity.

Business Momentum Days

Achieve and Succeed Business Momentum Workshops

These interactive one-day workshop are designed for you to mix with other business owners to discuss business challenges, problem solving techniques and strategies to grow your business.

These sessions are planning and analysis workshops which are designed to be repeated four (4) times in a calendar year. At each of these sessions, participants report on their progress toward achieving their planned goals. Additionally, they document how each goal achievement has advanced their business. The focus is on business and personal goals that each business and its owners envision as their future opportunities and results.

The expected value is that all business owners develop a shared understanding of common business challenges and resources. How challenges can be overcome and the importance of seeking and asking for support as needed.

The format for this program is a one day to face to face group workshop held four times a year. The venue / region etc. will be set when the group participants are known (or via Zoom). Various speakers are invited to these workshops to enhance the participants learnings.
